SHOUT TEAM LEADER:

Ministry Position Description:
The Shout Team Leader will be responsible for providing leadership in the development and implementation of Shout. This will include working with the ministry leadership team to create vision, strategies, and methodologies to direct, develop, deploy, and partner with the national church to provide discipleship and followup for every Shout outreach.

Travel
There will be significant travel associated with this leadership position as the Team Leader will be expected to develop relationships with indigenous church leaders to effectively develop content and then to successfully deploy the ministry.

Qualifications

• Appointed or Career MA.
• Ability to work as an OLI Team Member.
• Ability to lead an OLI Ministry Team.
• Self Starter capable of working daily without direct supervision.
• International travel or living abroad experience preferred.
• Demonstate a clear calling to world missions and oral learners.
• Be willing to commit to a four term.
• Audio / Video production experience.
